Building 1
- 5 bays with overhead doors; all interconnected (may be subdivided to separate bays)
- 1,494 square feet total
- 1 bay converted to office
- Suitable for storage or light commercial operation
- 1 side door entrance
- Direct airport and/or separate road access off airport
Current annual lease rates are $6.00 per square feet.
Leases to be negotiated by the Economic Development department and approved by council per the provisions of the Community Charter.

Terminal Rental
The board room and one office at the Ray Jarvis Terminal Building are available for short term rental or longer term lease. Whether you are operating in the area for a short period of time to establishing a FBO, the facilities at the Ray Jarvis Terminal Building are available for your needs.
