The town has a vibrant retail and services sector that reflects the needs of residents and the business community. Available commercial space in the Town's core is limited but there are usually properties available for purchase or lease.
Princeton continues to benefit from a robust real estate market. New residential developments are underway in order to meet the needs of a growing community.

Plans are now in the works for Phase III which will add an additional 10 fully serviced lots added to the park. The Princeton Industrial Park offers some of British Columbia's most affordable industrial land.
