The Town of Princeton is beautifully situated in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, where the Tulameen and Similkameen rivers meet, serving as the southern starting point to the British Columbia Interior. - The Princeton Centennial Pool is a family-friendly facility open from mid-June to the end of August.
- Princeton has a 700 seat hockey arena, home of the Princeton Posse Jr B Hockey Team.
- Curling enthusiasts of all ages can practice their art on Princeton's three-sheet curling rink.
- Princeton has 14 parks located throughout the Town. Memorial Park is a family friendly sports park with ball diamonds and tennis courts and a picnic area. Rotary Splash Park is an exciting place where unpredictable sprayers, water cannons and larger than life creatures converge to create a space dripping with fun.
- Princeton and District Museum, open from May to October showcases Princeton history and culture.

- Princeton Fair grounds and race track hosts rodeos and pro bull riding and the Princeton Agricultural Fall Fair.

- Some of the finest cross-country ski trails in BC are just 7 kilometers from Princeton, at the China Ridge Cross Country Ski Area.

Housing - Princeton offers housing types to suit varied lifestyles, including apartments, condominiums, seniors housing, standard size lots, and estate-type lots (1-2 acres). New development plans and expansions are currently being discussed to accommodate for future growth.
Access/Transportation – Princeton is located 284 kilometers east of Vancouver and 110 kilometers west of Penticton on Highway 3 and 168 kilometers southwest of Kelowna via Highways 5A and 97C. Princeton owns and operates the Princeton Regional Airport. The runway is an asphalt surface and is 3934 × 75 ft (1199 × 23 m); aviation fuel (Jet A and 100LL) is available.
Industrial Land – Princeton is in the fortunate position of having an ample supply of serviced industrial land available for immediate development. Phase II of the Princeton Industrial Estates is now complete. This phase includes 22 fully serviced light industrial lots varying in size from 1 to 5 acres.
Education - Princeton is part of School District #58. Two elementary schools and one high school offer quality education to over 550 students in the community. The community also is provided with training and skills development through the Princeton & District Community Skills Centre. Princeton is in close proximity to post secondary institutions Thompson Rivers University (Kamloops) and Okanagan University College (Penticton) and University of B.C. Okanagan (Kelowna).

Health Care - The Princeton General Hospital provides level 1 health care under the administration of the Interior Health Authority. Services include a 6 bed acute care unit and a 36 bed extended care unit.
