Princeton Industrial Estates is approximately 101 acres in total size. The property is generally level and fully serviced to municipal standards (with water, sewer, hydro, telephone and sanitary sewer to each lot). Located 1.5 kilometers north of the town centre and near two major highway routes Highway 3 and Highway 5A. The development is directly accessible via Highway #5A and Laurie Currie Way.
